Because the heat source is located in the middle of the molten aluminum, the heat is transferred from bottom to bottom, so the molten aluminum forms convection from top to bottom, fully ensuring that the molten aluminum is heated evenly, and the molten aluminum in the upper part of the furnace will not be oxidized because of overheating, reducing the loss of aluminum, helping you improve the quality of the molten aluminum, and reducing the damage of the furnace wall.

It has strong corrosion resistance, does not penetrate in molten aluminum, and has high mechanical strength and excellent impact resistance, thus extending the service life.

Degassing Rotor


To remove H2 gas from molten aluminum, a silicon nitride pipe is used to feed the N2 or Ar gas. As silicon nitride rotor is used to stir and disperse the gas throughout the molten aluminum bath.


■ Unlike graphite,the silicon nitride is hardly eroded by oxygen at elevated temperatures. This permits long operating life.
■  High density and high strength assure reliable and stable operation in high speed rotation.
■ High thermal shock resistance allows repeated insertion and  withdrawal from molten aluminum in batch operation.
