When riser tube & stalk is connected with the furnace and the mold, the seal should be tight. The tightness of the gas seal gap and the selection of sealing materials are very important. When it is too tight, the pressure is large, the force is easy to fracture for a long time, and the gas will leak in a short time when it is too loose. In addition, the selection of the sealing pressing part should be reasonable to avoid the displacement of the stalk's flange force and shorten the service life. To grasp the gap, materials, installation methods and other links gradually accumulate experience.
■ Preparation before use
The stalk should be fully preheated before entering the furnace. If it is heated with a gas torch, it should be slowly and evenly inside and outside to avoid local excessive heating. When the temperature reaches 600°C, the tank will turn dark red, and the time will be about 30 minutes. You can also put the stalk in the furnace, so that the bottom of the stalk is about 2 centimeters away from the aluminum liquid surface, and wait for the wall of the stalk to be all red (about 30 minutes), you can slowly put into the molten aluminum. This operation can not only dry the moisture in the stalk, but also avoid the explosion caused by sudden temperature rise of the stalk.
■ Pay attention in use
When using the stalk, we must pay attention to reduce the knock on the pipe mouth, especially after plugging aluminum can not be hard hit. When replacing the mold and repairing the equipment, the impact vibration should be reduced as much as possible, and the exposed parts of the stalk should be kept warm to prevent acute cooling. When slagging, pay attention not to directly collide with the stalk, and when adding molten aluminum, pay attention to avoid directly pouring on the body of stalk.
■ Furnace maintenance
When the furnace shutdown maintenance equipment must take the stalk out of the oven, do not put the hot stalk directly on the ground, should be wrapped with refractory materials and placed in a place that is not directly blown by cold wind.

Degassing Rotor
